Turbo Tax is getting better

The one change I would make for Turbo Tax is the interaction with the state. It should also walk you thru the state forms just like it down with the Federal forms.

I don't think Turbotax is as good as it used to be

I was at the point of e-filing and had stopped for the day. When I came back to Turbotax in the morning, it started a brand new return from scratch which I had to delete. Turbotax made me do a manual search for my existing return instead of finding it itself. Also I had to do an update manually before I could e-file. Both the finding of the existing return and the updates used to be on autopilot in previous years.
