Software Updates were a problem

There were more than one problem with downloading updates. Manual downloads from the website were required, but did not fully resolve all problems. A customer support call yielded an answer ... I had to turn off all antivirus and firewall protections and clear my browser cookies for the product to completely install the needed updates for transmittal of my return. I have never had these problems in the many years of using your product. If these extra requirements are known, then the install dialog box should say so to improve the experience. Or just fix your software!

There were a number of errors with Turbo Tax

There were a number of issues using turbo tax this year. Did not recognize exempt pensions for state tax, nor that i paid for second state and tried to double bill. did not properly find errors first time and had to run again just before printing. These are just to name a few

Capital Gains & Dividends Section Confusing

Annually, I have a difficult time figuring out what date to input on these subjects - reference to specific numbered lines on the Forms provided by the brokerage would help a lot.
