Turbotax is fast and helpful

most of the time you don't have all the required tax information but with Turbotax informs you of what tax information is needed and you can take time to input this information. The time spent doing taxes is easy and fun. I know that Tax time every year can be a pain to do, but with Turbotax it makes the process easy to do.

All of the years of using your tax software I am a bit disappointed this year. After trying to e-file both returns some dozen times I could only e-file the FED and not the state. your program would consistently hang up and not allow me to access my billing information to complete the e-filing of the state return. So now I have to print, sign and mail it. Not a big deal, just frustrating to say the least.

Turbo tax sucks

I did my taxes, got to the e-file section, got a message that I need an update. Did the update option & kept getting a fatal error. Your help feature is a joke. Tried that with the patch provided & still got a fatal error.

Application is great when it works!

Installed on one of my MacBook Air's....worked for a week, got 100% of my Federal and then 50% of my State completed. Then, mysteriously took an update and then stopped working. Support rep was great in trying to get it resolved but could not fix. I ended up having to install on another MacBook Air and reenter from start :( :( :(

With the Covid-19 stimulus checks I wish there was a way I could of entered my direct deposit bank account number even though I didn't get any money back from my taxes.
There may have been a way I could of changed this and I just didn't see it.
Otherwise I have always trusted Turbo Tax program for doing my taxes.

I used Turbotax Delux for the first time ever and was pleased with how easy is was to use. I'll definitely be a regular user for filing tax returns
