I was charged for state filing

My software purchase was to include 1 free state e-filing and yet I was prompted to pay additional $25. I refuse to pay extra and now had to print and mail state to avoid paying extra. Why did this happen????

Turbo is good except when you prepare 2 taxes

I always prepare ours and my daughter's separately, using 2 separate Turbos. This time I used one computer and all hell breaks loose. Turbo should handle two separate returns on one computer with no problem, however, I do hers, then delete, and do ours, antiquated.

Have been using TurboTax for many years and it makes doing your taxes bearable. Installation is quick and easy. Importing previous year's data is great and takes away a lot of the repetitiveness. The interface is well thought out as well.

Still the best!

I have been using Turbotax for more than 25 years (I used to prepare my returns by hand with paper, pencil, and calculator). The simplicity of the preparation process, ease of use and navigation, clarity of explanations, and wealth of automated, online, and real live person assistance are all without equal. Likewise, the e-filing process is secure, simple, and painless. The nominal cost for this service, along with savings in your tax bill, are well worth its price - and much less expensive than the usual retail tax prep agencies and tax accountants.
