Turbo Tax Works for me.

Turbo Tax let's me process and file my taxes from home. The cost is probably less than it would be if I took all my documents to a tax preparer for them to do my taxes. I have full confidence that Turbo Tax prepares a proper return that is fully defendable if audited.

Works well, but has a few issues with CSA 1099-R

Being both retired and taking the standard deduction our taxes are rather easy. All investments are in Traditional and Roth IRAs. Only issue is that the CSA 1099-R has UNKNOWN in Box 2a. I have to go to Forms mode to put a check in the box for "Taxable amount not determined". TurboTax then still asks about why box 2a is zero.

Turbo Tax great except for display on some screens

Turbo tax was great as always except this year when certain box's came up that I needed to put data in like the payment to Turbo Tax for submitting the State tax forms, it looked like when I clicked on things they did not respond like "next" to go to a different page. It took a while to figure out that it did not like my screen resolution of 1920x1080. When I changed the resolution and went back to Turbo tax then I could see the change I had made but it looked like it was locked again so I typed in the info in the box's on the page but could not see what I was typing so had to go back to settings and change the resolution again. It did not matter what resolution I changed it to, up or down, it would let me see what I had typed from before but this meant guessing on what was going into the information box's I was filling out and not being able to see the information until I changed the resolution settings and went back to Turbo Tax. I managed to get it done that way but it delayed me for about an hour figuring that all out. This has never happened before. I do have a new Dell computer so guessing Turbo Tax was not programmed for whatever new thing this does? Still happy with Turbo Tax and will buy it again, just wanted to let you know.
