Need server version that stores data locally

1) I want to be able to modify/calculate the Estimated Tax Voucher
2) Server version of software but my data is kept on my local machine
3) 401K to IRA rollover should not be shown as Income
4) Price should include both fed and state eFiling
5) I want to turn off question of Import data once for everywhere

Going down hill

I have used TurboTax for several years, this was the first time I had problems installing and using. Installed beginning of March, tax season starts end of January, I would have though issues would have been resolved by then.
Not sure if I will use again next year

Why do I have to pay for state
