I have used MacinTax and TurboTax for 29 years.

TurboTax is the best way for me to do our Federal and State taxes.
However, I am disappointed to see that for next year I am required to upgrade my MacOS to Catalina, which I do NOT want to do. Hence, I will be forced to seek other software that will run on Mojave OS. Sad to see us part ways over Intuit's cavalier attitude toward its users. The same thing happened with Quicken, which I loved and used for years. Then, bang, no longer supported on Macs (the so called one offered for Macs was horrible). So, I found a suitable accounting software replacement. Seems I will have to now do the same thing for my tax preparation software. Aloha Intuit.

Turbo Tax 01/19/2005

Turbo Tax is the First Positive Experience I've had with Windows 10. I bought Windows 10 on 06/09/20 and call the Geek Squad often. Microsoft is so security conscious they keep me from getting on my laptop. But Turbo Tax's DVD gave me a very smooth experience and my taxes were done quickly. KUDOS to Turbo tax. Fortunately, I kept Windows 7 on my other 2 computers. I especially like the streamlined features from last year. Each year the features get simpler and quicker. Turbo Tax is one of the few products advertised on TV that does what it says it will do. When I turn this laptop off, I promise to to keep it dusted until I turn it on next February to use Turbo Tax 2021.

Great but could be better

There was information you could hav gotten from my previous taxes. Terminology was sometimes "taxish" rather than plain talk. Also even though I had no W-2 forms it made me enter the state and zip code of the employer I did not have before I could e-file
