I have used Turbo Tax for many years it very easy to do my tax and correct amount of return I would like to continue used Turbo Tax and I recommend to friends and family can do their own tax at home or business.

got worse and worse and I wasted my money

I had to re-enter all my information although I had an account from previous years, When I encountered a problem and had to file a paper tax return was not even told where to mail it to. Previous year was worse because I was audited as a form was missing on their end I used Turbotax for many years and was happy, but it got worse

Cumbersome and Awkward

The software does not use language that is appropriate for the millions of Governmental employees that receive retirements, not IRAs or 401Ks And even though every American uses or will use Social Security, the inputs are placed with retirement plans. It warrants its own category. Finally, we are forced to re-enter data several times and check the entries of information that was verified as prior year data from previous Turbo Tax files. If Turbo Tax can not be relied upon to re-enter information from it's own data files correctly, why buy it? This is software, not rocket science. Please hire some competent software engineers who actually file their own taxes.
