I have used Turbo Tax since the beginning. It is easy to use, but as things have been added, user interfaces have suffered. There are more areas where I have to total the numbers or do the work. The social security income screen, for example. It would be ok, but it doesn't fit the format or simplicity of the rest of the program.

Where's my Tax History Report?!?!?

I've been using TurboTax for years. It works well enough. However, this is the second straight year that the app didn't import my previous records, including basic personal information. It also did not provide a Tax History Report. Frustrating.

Estimated Tax payments

As a review item on Maryland State Taxes ask about any estimated tax payments sent in.
Some how don't forget to check this item. Each year I have had to manually look for where to record estimated tax payments

I had no trouble doing my taxes with Turbo Tax. I have 2 criticisms. 1) I wish they were more upfront about what the total cost is rather than tacking on fee after fee as you approach the end and are trying to get finished. 2) It would be nice if you tell me all the superfluous stuff I am going to need (driver's licenses, bank accounts (added 4 times), etc. so that I can get them together before I start. I'm not saying that I mind getting these things, but let me know, so I can be ready to finish when I start. For instance, I needed the wife's driver's license. It was available when I started, but when I realized I needed it, she was gone to work! I suggest you say to get the following items together before you start!
