Disappointed This Year

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and have always been very satisfied and confident that the product was highly accurate and up-to-date. That was not the case this year. The software completely missed the up to $300 above the line adjustment for cash charitable contributions. Will grant you this change was made late in the game by the federal gov't (Nov 2020), but I would have bet that Turbo Tax was on top of this given my past experience. Unfortunately, I was wrong...my confidence in Turbo Tax has been greatly

the help section needs help!

found that the forms didn't always line up with the paper forms I received. . The boxes were labeled differently and that caused issues.

I don't like all of the add ons they try to sell to you. The state version should also include e-file in the price. An additional $25 to e-file is ridiculous!

Turbo Tax Makes Filing Taxes Easy

I've been using TurboTax for many years and find it an amazingly easy software to use. However, this year there was a question that TT was unable to answer. They kept saying that Illinois required an code for a tax break on the taxes, but was unable to provide any information regarding this, and Illinois could not answer the question either. I think this question on the TT was in error.
