Turbo Tax Delux CD is not all that easy to use.

There seems to be no way you can skip looking for updates when you were just curious or just inquiring. You need a button that first asks if you want to skip the updates.
The software in past years provided Form 1040 ES (next year's Estimated Tax form). I could not find this feature in my version of the software. The form is also not included in the forms menu list. It's no big deal to print the form from irs.gov, but it's one extra item to think about doing. At the very least Turbo Tax should steer you to this website.
I have been using Turbo Tax for some 20 years and found the 2020 version to be very confusing to use. In your desire to simplify the tax filing process you may have made it more confusing to use.

I've been using Turbotax for as long as I can remember. Each year it gets better and better but it still a familiar experience from year to year. Wouldn't do our taxes any other way.

great product but what happened to my 2019 info

I have been using Turbo TaX for 25 years with no complaints. This year when I attempted to look at the 2019 file I was advised I needed to down load updates and there was no way around not doing the download. I then found out the 2019 return did not exist. The same thing ocured with the 2018 return.. Why is this happening ??
