TURBO TAX in UNBELIEVABLY AWESOME!

Great till the end

The tax form was great and most information was imported. But the filing was much more difficult and it wouldn't let me use my credit card to pay for the state so it cost me an additional $40. I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and never had this problem before. Guess they need some extra cash just like the government.

TurboTax

Great program but a few minor problems. Some entries can not be made on the quick form and I have to go to the tax form to supply info. Also, many times, when I enter data and the computer processes it, the forms do not automatically come back up. I have to click on TurboTax to get the forms to re-appear.

2021 Version Screens not Working

Several screens did not work this year with a new laptop: Entering a license key, Search, Pay for E-file, etc. Had to keep changing the screen resolution to get screens to work.

Better than H&R Block

I've used both H&R Block and Turbo Tax, both have very good feature's. One thing I dislike very much about H&R Block is that you have to download the software(no disk included anymore).Come to find out that there has been many issue's in trying to download their software, a real pain and hassle. I hope Turbo Tax doesn't go that route.

It would be so much easier if you could buy the product with the E filing included for one state. It takes more time and effort to pay for the state E filing than it does to do the state return. Extra logging in, extra passwords, credit card entry, name, address, verifications, etc.
