Have used for many years and it keeps getting better and easier. Totally recommended for anyone paying an expensive tax prep agent.

Turbo Tax is Good but needs a few adjustments

You allow the end user to download W-2's, etc., however, with today's need for high security we all should create long complicated passwords. You do not allow the end user to cut and paste the password into the password field. That alone makes me not want to use that feature. One more thing. I don't agree to the terms and conditions. I am checking that I agree only because I'm being forced to in order to submit this comment.

Outstanding Customer Service and Product

I LOVE how easy to follow Turbo Tax to get my taxes done. However, this year because of some questions I had, I had to contact on-line support and a tax expert. Let me say, both agents Annette and Alvin were absolutely outstanding. Both were so knowledgeable, professional, helpful and patient with me. You are so lucky to have them on your staff, and I hope that you appreciate them as much as I do!
