Program for last 2 years has a flaw in it

Nightmare I active turbotax in my Pa. home but when I get on router in home I rent in Florida because I am on a different router I have to re- activate and uses up times and can enter on my computers.

I think it is a little expensive and I don't like having to pay an additional $20 to file our state taxes, but it is very easy to use.

I am VERY happy that I was able to decide which deductions would be used. If that was the case last year I couldn't find it and was forced to spend a lot of unneeded time.

Turbo tax is excellent …BUT

.Turbo tax needs to show progress when doing updates, extracts, loading, etc.
.There needs to be a place to call with software issues. I had issues with this years Turbo tax software and it took a long time to try and figure it out. Help is needed and instructions for use.
