For an over 70 year old -- not at all tech savvy guy -- was somewhat confusing / complicated -- lot of unanswered question still after completion....Free AARP tax help people - past 6-7 years was much easier

Easy to use and efficient.

Have been using TurboTax for years. One recommendation: have a notice to the user regarding current updates prior to getting through the audit and security information at the very end of the process. It's frustrating to click on the transmission button, only to be told it failed because updates needed to be downloaded.
