Average To Poor From Previous Years.

Did not allow the interview and forms to run simultaneously, as in years past, to better reference your progress, or easily identify what was worksheets vs. forms. Could not readily correlate where the interview was in relationship to the forms. Explanations to correct errors were over-simplified or incomplete and any support information was VERY brief. Couldn't easily locate IRS citations to reference materials to support decisions made on the forms. Turbo-Tax appears to have purposely made it more labor intensive or convoluted to file by mail. Seemed to argued more fervently to e-file; not interested.
I'm sure thousands, perhaps millions, of returns are processed just fine; mine wouldn't be one of them! And I'm not willing to deal with the fall-out or aftermath when it doesn't.
