TurboTax is great!

Have been using TurboTax for about 20 years. The program makes it easy to bring pertinent information from one year to the next. They should make a way to delete Schedule K when it is no longer relevant. I closed my small business a few years ago but Schedule K keeps carrying forward. Otherwise it's GREAT!

I WOULD HAVE GIVEN 5 STARS IF ONLY...

I have used this product for many years and have been very satisfied until this year... I used to be able to 'skip' updates when I knew I had the latest version. I knew I had the latest version as I update once a day. This year, I had difficulty updating and had to update 'manually' via online as this was the only other option I had. I was logged in as the administrator and I had turned off my firewall as advised. However, after updating manually with success, the system would not let me e-file as it kept telling me I needed to update and I was going in circles. I finally had to file by mail to resolve. Very disappointing as I know I was able to skip the updates in the past.

Turbo Tax Deluxe 2020 Just Okay This Year

Had some issues with saving and retrieving tax returns during preparation this year, unlike any of the many previous years I had using the product. Actually lost one return that I needed to recreate. Continues to be an aggravation to be prompted to upgrade to higher level TurboTax just because of a very few minimal investment related entries.
