Product going downhill

First year I've ever had problems with TurboTax (and I've been using since MacInTax days!). Keeps freezing and crashing and doesn't save file. I've restarted three times. This wasn't happening until the program uploaded updated files today. Aaaargh!

Turbo Tax is easy for uncomplicated returns

I have used Turbo Tax to file my returns for 20 plus years and have never had any issues with how it operates or with any of my returns. Simple to use and operate for people with basic computer skills.

this is a great option for doing taxes, its easy and quick and plenty of support if you have a question and best of all it saves hundreds of dollars in preparation fees you'd have to pay an accountant to prepare you taxes.

Turbo Tax was not up to standard this year

I tried three times to file my return electronically and was rejected by the IRS each time. I finally had to send it in by mail. The issue was in the deduction for charitable contributions. I followed Turbo Taxes instructions for correcting this each time I electronically filed. I have used this software for years and have never had a problem, After this experience I will look at other software options.

THE SOFTWARE IS GREAT. I don't agree that I should have to pay for the e file of my state. The software cost enough that it should be free.

Turbo tax great in THE PAST

Turbo tax was pretty good in the past. Now to e-file a state return you must pay $25 and a processing fee of around $45. Unless you're desperate which many are in these times of covid, you're better off just mailing it or finding another tax software.
