2019 TT Deluxe format excellent. When compared with 2020 version, the latter is significantly more difficult to navigate.

I have told my friends if you can read you can do your taxes with Turbo Tax. It saves time and because it updates each session you always have the latest Fed & State information.
You can have Turbo Tax walk you through the forms or choose to work on forms yourself. It double checks your work and does an audit review. E-File is simple and printing returns is a breeze.

Turbo Tax Problematic for 2020

Turbo Tax was very problematic. I was unable to download updates. Had to search web and find a link someone posted in a group conversation that took me to a manual download patch that corrected the problem. Very frustrating when the program doesn't work. Your website is not easy to navigate to find the help you need when you have a problem like this. Have not decided if I will use Turbo Tax next year and I have used it for years.
