TURBOTAX IS EASY TO USE

Easy to use but difficult to read the white print on light blue background. Best is black on white for we seniors with diminished vision.

Turbotax was great until we tried to efile our federal form. It was rejected twice because either the 2019 AGI or one or more of our PINs was incorrect. All of these numbers were precisely correct -- we double and triple checked. Very frustrating.

new fee's were a supprise

Turbo Tax is more confusing than ever

Seems to be more confusing and asking for info several times like routing numbers and account numbers. Also I believe State file should be included not extra 25$
