I am a first time user. Very easy and clear instructions to file taxes. Easy to understand. When it comes to simple tax, than just prepare yourself and save huge fees on professionals at this time of money saving.

Program uses previous returns and transfer data, this saves time. The turbo tax 2020 was fast and easy to use.

Importing last year's tax forms was very easy, and the rest of the filings were explained in a way I can understand. I'm comfortable using this product many times over.

I've used TurboTax for decades now. I'm thoroughly disgusted that a product was put out with massive bugs with the download and with making final epay credit card payments. Not to mention glitches I saw while using that I caught out of experience. I feel completely cheated of my time and money spent on this.
