It's been better, but still GREAT

I had to seek out charitable donations on the automated form. Initially it asked for a charitable donation figure, I placed the total figure in, then it told me I'd get $300 since I was taking the standard deduction which I NEVER claimed. But I figured it out under a "learn More" tab. Taxes done!

Great except for State Tax filing issue

I've been using TurboTax for years and it's the only product I trust. I buy the package with one state return. I had to do a reinstall and when I went to file, it didn't recognize that I'd purchased the State too. It was easier to pay the extra $20 than try to find a solution online (I tried).

Overall easy to use and simple. I did have one problem with getting the software to update, but I never had a problem in previous years, and tech support was eventually able to help me resolve the issue.
