Not as good as it used to be.

As my taxes get more complicated, I find myself having to look more questions up on my own and unable to rely on TurboTax's canned questionnaire. Also, I continue to be frustrated by the lack of a free state e-file.

I cannot e-file my tax since 2019. I have to use mail to file my tax. Then, I cannot get my stimulus payment! Do Turbotax has a phone # that I can call to fix either my PIN or AGI?
Pros: My employment status changed this year

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 20 years, It has been a very intuitive program to follow and help is always there when you don't understand something. It has consistently given me a full and fair return, Federal and State. Thank you for all you do Turbo Tax, I know keeping up with all the tax codes and changes each year keeps you very busy.
