TurboTax 22 years of Great Service

After more than 22 years of using TurboTax, I can proudly say that I'm never been disappointed. TurboTax keeps getting better and easier to use each year. It's very comprehensive and a joy to use. I'm a Customer for Life! Thank you TurboTax

as usual I had to jump thru several hoops to make product work. this year I had to upgrade memory. in laptop. then Edge presented very poorly.

Horrible--NM State Tax Never Submitted

After paying for two state efiles--NM and CA--NM was never submitted. They have no record of it, I never received and transmission email for it, and there's no Turbo Tax phone number I can call to have it submitted.

Have used TT for several years. Even in this Covid year, where we received, and then returned our RMD's, TT was able to correctly handle it, with a little help from the TT community
