Best Year Yet!

I've used Turbo Tax to file 10 out of the last 11 years, and while I've always been loyal with that one exception* I've never been more impressed than I was this year. Keep up the good work for next year TurboTax-Team. (*Fun Story: The year I tried a tax preparation service, a MAJOR one, I repeatedly caught them making mistakes that could have gotten me audited. Needless to say I went running right back to Turbo Tax)

Not as hard as may think

I have been using it for the past 3 years and I'm happy using it. At first I was a little afraid of what I had gotten myself into, but after going through it the first year, I knew that I could use Turbo Tax year after year.

TurboTax 2020 needs ATTENTION

Most of the Turbo Tax software was as usual, but, when I came across a glitch in the program, it really stumped me. When asked in the Education Section to list expenses, the line item to enter tuition read zero. The software would not allow you to enter a figure. Had to wait until the end of the Education Summary to choose Edit to go back and enter the amount. This Problem should have been caught before distribution. How about sending me a refund for the cost of this software

Turbo Tax is Easy!

Turbo Tax is very user friendly and easy to do. Basic financial knowledge is needed and then Turbo Tax does the rest. Very impressive.
