One Error. For one of the 1099 forms, the program asks for State tax withheld on line 14, yet my 1099 form, the state withholding is on line 12.

Turbo tax directions are easy to follow. Did not need customer support. I have used Turbo Tax for at least 20 years.

Couldn't do this without Turbo Tax

Turbo Tax made it - well not easy - but tolerable to file my taxes. I would have had to do all this work even if I had a professional put it together but I didn't have that $800 bill.

Year after Year Good Product

I trust turbo tax has the most up-to-date software to accommodate for the continually changing tax laws. I appreciate how it walks me through each category to make sure i have not forgotten anything. Every year I know what to expect when entering my info into the program.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments, I had a baby
