We have used TurboTax for a lot of years

We have done our taxes with Turbo Tax for years. It is easy and there is lots of help when needed. We know immediately when the return is in the hands of the IRS, so we do not have to worry about where our return is.

Turbo Tax is pretty good

The State portion needs to be clearer for elderly home owners. It is easy to overlook the important credit that they are allowed. I feel it should be separate and come to the preparers attention as a stand alone credit.

Flawless Filing - Then Stumbles...

I have been using TuboTax since 1984, won't use any others (have tried just for comparison, TaxAct, TaxCut, horrid...) but only file with TurboTax.
This years (2020TY) flowed very easily, but stumbled like it has for the last several years at the close. Printing the return should not be a mystery! When you click PRINT RETURN FOR MAILING, the program should go right to printing, THEN offer you methods of Archived Files, such as PDF... NOT to jump from the Print to "save as PDF" & "Review File". You have not printed yet! A great program stumbles every year at the closing.... a 5-STAR performer with a 4-STAR operations & control...
I know my review will not mean anything to you, after all, the irritant only happens once a year!
