Good but make W2 more compatible

On your online version I could upload my W2, but on the downloadable one I had to enter it myself. Not a huge deal but it could be improved to be the same.

Not as good as the online version

I started with the online version, however, once I was informed my tax situation required me to use the Deluxe version, I did a purchase of the PC software.
I had to start over and not only that, but the online version allowed me to import my forms (W2s, etc) and it did it perfectly from the PDFs. The PC version did not allow importing PDFs and I had to manual input all data.
