Completion of forms was easy for me as I maintain a file of tax related documents from January through December each year. Only problem I had was finding my AGI for last year as I changed computers and didn't have a hard or soft copy of last year's return. Shame on me!

Does not do state tax (Arizona) well.

Did not ask for amount for form 310 in Arizona Tax Return. I finally discovered I could get to the form and add the amounts needed. Once I did, the form populated the remaining.

Still your superior product however, this years version would not reopen a saved file at the last location of the save. It was irritating to have to tab and page to the last saved working location.

We've used TurboTax Deluxe every year for at least a decade. We've had good luck with it. This year was especially good. The entire process - opening the DVD, doing all of our taxes, and electronically transmitting Federal and State - went flawlessly. Very pleased!

Always an easy experience

I've been filing with Turbo Tax for more than 15 years now. Only once have I used another "free" service and it ended up costing me more than $500 in IRS fines... I have and will always file my taxes on my own with Turbo Tax

somewhat buggy

The program randomly hangs and leaves you on a blank screen. You have to go back and start over to get past this
