Problem reporting sales.

I had a problem with the sale of a mutual fund. I put some of my holdings into their cash portion which does qualify as a sale. The date acquired was not provided by the fund. But you guys didn't have a provision for that on the return. I had to put in a date to continue. This needs to be corrected to reflect the info on the document from the funds.

VERY GOOD PROGRAM

Doing my taxes was very easy with Turbotax. The problem occurred when it came time to print the tax forms, particularly the State forms. I have a Lansing, MI address, however I live in the Lansing suburbs, NOT the city of Lansing. Therefore, I have no Lansing city tax requirement. Turbotax did not seem to understand that and tried to get me to file Lansing City Income Tax forms. There was also a problem with printing on both sides of the paper. Some times Turbotax printed two different forms on a single paper.

Doesn't get easier than using TurboTax

I have used TurboTax for years. I have used other programs, but TurboTax by far is easier to use.

Needs Reforming

I miss the "Let's make sure you're taking the right deduction to keep your taxes accurate" page.These pages helped me to understand why I am filing MFS. Unable to print individual pages such as my itemized caritable deductions alone rather than the entire 25 pages. Please number all of the 25 pages so it is easier to print one or two rather than counting through all the documents to find the ones I want to print. I filed with Turbo Tax in 2019 and my file would not load. Very annoying. Do a better job in your explanations why.
