Used TT for several years

I always use TT because it works well, is pretty easy to fill out, and handles e-filing for me.

Unclear questions but decent interface

I was a part-year resident of NY, and I found the questions to verify my income during my residency were unclear. Especially now, with telecommuting so common, it should be very clear how I am supposed to answer if I live in NY and get my income from another state. However, the interface, for the most part is pretty slick and easy to use.

Not So Satisfied

The packaging was horrible. Instead of the accustomed to box, it was in a folder that I practically had to demolish to get to the disc inside.
Then the program pulled up NONE of the previously submitted returns. All fields had to be prepared from scratch.
The end result was good but having to input all data from scratch extended the preparation time.
