Turbo Tax left a lot to be desired this year

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. This year was a struggle as the state forms would not load and there was not support to help us get it to work. My husband spent hours on this problem and finally round a blog that enabled us to get it loaded.

Turbotax is Easy and Reliable

We have used Turbo tax for more that 10 years. It is easy and reliable. I have the automatic re-reorder and never have to wonder if I'm ready for tax time. The question and help function really works when you are unsure. I would recommend Turbo Tax no matter how easy or complicated your tax filing.

Great for over 30 years till today!

I have never had a problem with using TurboTax for over 30 years until this year. When I completed my daughter's return first, I tried to pay for her State to be e-filed with the "Guest" option and the window was so large that I could not get to the NEXT or whatever button to process the $20.00 State e-file payment. This was so frustrating. No help in the help Community, hours are only during the week. I will print the States from now on.
