Decent, updates came a bit late and surprise costs

The user interface is decent. Looks like TurboTax has for years. Updates to caculate 2020 penalties came a bit late (Feb 26). Was surprised by the $20 fee to efile a state. Would assume this should come gratis since "w/ State" option was purchased. Will likely explore alternative products in the future if TurboTax doesn't pursue a significant facelift.
