TurboTax is super easty

I did not have to resort to using the experts for any reason but there were several instances wherein I did resort to the "help" button. The "help" was easy to use, quick to respond, and always on target with an accurate and quick "find" or response.

Everytime I hit enter, the program would close and i would have to reenter. Got very tiresome. Did that multiple times

Have used TurboTax for years. Gets easier to use the more I use it. Interface has not changed over the years which makes usage easier.
