Turbo Tax is great, but not perfect

Turbo Tax is excellent, but it is not perfect. I had 1099-NEC income this year for the first time, and when asked, "do you have expenses to claim on form C", I said no. Turbo Tax then told me I didn't have to pay the employee taxes (FICA). This is wrong. I almost filed, but looked it up having a suspicion that it was not correct. I re-did it filling in a Schedule C and I owed another $900+ in taxes, which was correct.

Reliable and Simple

The Program is easy to use. My problem is that I am unable to purchase a copy while living abroad. Additionally, although I have been using the program for years but lost last years copy, you were not able to assist me adequately in recovering my last return.
The printing instructions are confusing. I tried to get the program to selectively print pages either one-sided or two-sided; I did not succeed.

Reliable & Easy

I have been using a version of Turbo Tax since it was developed. It makes doing your own taxes so easy. It refers to IRS publications for further research and does all the calculations correctly. The first couple of years I doubled checked the math and it was always correct. Nothing is perfect, so I do double check the math every other tax year or so.
