In the past, I have e-filed from using the IRS website or filed returns manually. Our tax situation seems to get more complicated each year. This was the easiest tax filing I've ever experienced.

constant trouble with updating

trouble with updates, power down start again, power down start again, had to uninstall CD, service help with download, trying to e file, trouble with updates, power off and start again, finally got e file complete, every year before the year, I give trubo tax 5 stars, hopefully all the bugs will be fix after this.
