Turbo Tax makes preparations easy

In 2020 returns, was annoyed that every time I opened the link to add items had to wait a very long time for Tax Return App to recheck for UPDATES.... which were never necessary. Do not remember this happened in previous years...was frustrating !!!!

Good except for one thing

Good except for one thing. I should have one free filing for state but when got to end was going to charge my an extra $20. Wasted my time and money.

For the amount of products controlled by Turbo Tax on the market, a more forgiving version to include Windows 7 would have been more convenient.

Turbo Tax work

I have used turbo tax for years and had no problems til this year when I had to download a different state. It would freeze up and my payment wouldn't say I paid even though it went through on my credit card and had many of problems. I ended up having to uninstall it and reinstall it, which took for ever, to finial get it to work. NOT to happy about it.
