Why do you charge a fee of 20.00 when someone else charges 40.00 to send the return. What is you 20.00 for. Don't forget the cost of purchasing the DVD!

Turbotax is a Great package - easy to use!

Turbo HELP does a fine job of providing answers to all issues.
Although I can NO LONGER access my On-Line account !
Probably need someone to call me and help me resolve it for the future.

Like using Turbotax and have used it for many years to eliminate errors, which would delay processing of our tax returns. The double checking feature is very useful.
