Too many errors with this version

I've used TurboTax for over 30 years. This is the worst experience I've had with the software. There was an error that involved the W2 forms, telling me we should have a W2- C form - we did not. That was eventually fixed. Then there was the error on my husbands self employment tax piece, where we told the software we didn't want anything withheld, and yet it prompted an error code that we had to go back to the actual form and fill in as zero. I searched in your database within the support and found numerous other people with the same issues. And that brings me to my final critique - I don't want to be spammed by your company telling how many support documents I've opened - like it's a badge of some kind. It's not, it's me ticked off that your software didn't have these pieces correct in the first place. I don't see how to turn the "feature" off, but I sure hope it goes away. If my memory of this year's experience is still with me next year when I go to purchase tax software, this may be the year we opt to try a different product.

Most Everything Worked

I've relied on TurboTax for several years and trust that it is accurate. For some reason, this year the Import feature worked for several entities, but not for Edward Jones data.
