TURBO TAX eASY TO USE

For the most part easy to use. Because of some changes in tax laws I had to call turbo Tax for help on a couple of forms. I was called back within a reasonable time and problems resolved.

trouble using credit card

Both time of paying for the state e-file . Had to call the 800 624 9066 for help. Had an issue with the K-1 on get the information in the correct place . The other issue was dealing with foreign tax and form 1116

Turbo Tax is foolproof!

The only complaint I have about Turbo Tax is that you can e-file Federal and State for free on their website but, if you actually pay for their software, you have to pay $20 to e-file your state tax. Not faie!

Fantastic product

Wizard like feel, if you save the tax documents mailed to your home in Jan-Feb and a few additional (property taxes, vehicular taxes etc), this is relatively painless. Highly recommended
