Turbo Tax is the BEST and Simplest to use.

I have used Turbo Tax for many Years and enjoy the ease of doing my taxes. I was a little upset that I could not e-file my brother-in-law's 2020 taxes for him.

Turbo Tax - Forever!

I have been using TT for many years because it is user friendly, always arrives in a timely manner (November), has a great support system, and stands behind their product. This year, I had one minor issue. We are both retired (have been for a few years) but the program asked us for the location of our employer. I finally put in our home state of SD because I could not get past that page without it. Then I got a message that we are retired so therefor a location is not needed. H-m-m-m...

Dont buy the disk software from a store.

If youre doing your taxes dont buy the disk from a store. It is super complicated we had nothing but problems, it was very slow, and on top of the money you already paid for it they charge you 20-40 more dollars at the end to "E-File". You're 100% better off doing it online completely. I have to give credit where it is due, the 2 reps we talked to on the phone were probably some of the best customer service reps I have ever dealt with! They helped/walked us through the process step by step and patiently stayed on the phone until the problems were fixed.

I selected no to tax defense but your 2020 Deluxe program still wants to charge $45.00 over and above the $49.90 cost of the PC download program.
