turbo tax sofware is helpful but ...

the software helped me file taxes but somehow I have two accounts and I had five account recovery requests with all failing to resolve the elimination of one account; i want to file my taxes so i used the account i wanted to eliminate so i could file both state and federal today

Great program! i have used Turbo Tax for about 10 years to do not only my and my husbands federal and state taxes but also those of our adult children. Turbo Tax walks you through everything and the pop up boxes help with items i have questions about.
