This was my first time using TurboTax and I must say I was impressed! It is set up in such a way that all you have to do is follow the prompts and enter the information! My only suggestion for improving what is already a great product is making the log in process easier and more streamlined.

YOUR NEW YORK PROGRAM IS AL SCREWED UP

MY STATE RETURN WAS REJECTED, I WAS TO GET A CODE BUT NEVER SAW IT -TT SAID I HAD TO SUBMIT AMENDED RETURN. TRIED TO DO THAT - THEN TT SAID YOU CAN NOT SUBMIT BY EFILE BECAUSE TT DOESN'T SUPPORT IT201X RETURNS. THE BIGEST PROBLEM WITH TT IS WONCE YOU GO TO THE END, YOU CAN NO LONGER CHANGE ANY DATA, RIGHT NOW I AM SCREWED. DATA I NEEDED ENTER BANK INFO IS MISSING AND YOU CANNOT WRITE ON THE RETURN. IF I AM EVER TO BUY TT AGAIN YOU NEED TO SUPPLY A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER. I CAN CALL. FRUSTRATED

TurboTax is awesome!

I've been a TurboTax user for years! A few years ago I tried another tax program and really regretted it... This year is the first year I have ever had to call for help/assistance... it was not a problem with the software, but an issue with the IRS updates. The first person I spoke with listened carefully, tried to look up a few things and quickly decided she needed to transfer me to a CPA. The CPA came on the line right away, figured out what my issue was, fully explained it and then looked up the target date the IRS would have the form ready.
I will never use another tax software!

have loved turbo tax have used it for years. very easy to use do all my kids taxes on turbo tax also. it is an awesome thing to use for taxes.
