I never have difficulty with this Product despite all the tax code changes every year. I do mine and my children's taxes every year.

Problem again this year

I want to file state return by e-mail. But when I get to the BILLING Page I cannot get to the CONTINUE button, The page is too big, and the normal minimize page control, "CONTROL -" does not reduce the page size. I end up again this year submitting the state return by mail being unable to complete the BILLING INFORMATION section. VBery frustrating!!

Good product, like transferring info from last year, saves a lot of time.
Having trouble E-filing, wants me to use Credit Card when I want put in all information in for direct deposit into my checking account.

Turbo Tax is the easiest way to do your taxes. They lead you step by step and there are always explanations if you need one. I have used Turbo Tax for many years and have never had any kind of problem.
