Quick and easy

Dependable

I've used Turbo Tax for more that a decade. It has been a dependable to file my federal and state(s) taxes.
My only complaint is not having a built-in way to forecast next year's taxes, and this is why I do not rate it a 5.

I've used TurboTax for years with no issues. Disappointed my state return was rejected this year because of a TurboTax software glitch. Y'all couldn't have figured that out earlier? We'll see if it gets accepted on the second go-round.

Hidden State E-file Charge

I use Turbo Tax for years in Florida but this year I helped someone file an IRS and State return for the first time. Turbo Tax Deluxe says For Federal and 1 State but in teenie tiny print (which I missed) State e-file ADDITIONAL UGH!!!!! So after getting eveything entered right before clicking the e-file button I see they want $20 to e-file Arkansas return. Ugh

e-file was rejected on initial filing. All information was double checked and information was put entered correctly initially. Tried repeatedly to get through system and no further help was received from Turbo tax after repeated tries. Turbo tax should please provide a phone number to allow you speak to a real individual -- this would help tremendously. Had to do a mail in of paperwork because on line walk through did not work. However, very much do like the product but wish would have been able to speak to an individual. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
