Download is Easier

I had almost finished both my Federal and State Income taxes, when I went to pay for the State filing fee my whole program froze up. Brian started working with me to try and get my taxes filed. After several hours he managed a work around to pay the fee to file the State's Income tax file. Once he did that the program corrected itself. and he and I finished my filing.

I had to call for support and a man named Randy out of IL was very considerate and helpful. He talked me through my issue and was willing to stay on the line to assist me even further. I was very relieved after talking with him.
