TurboTax is easy to use

Though the download took over a half hour, once I started the data input the task of filing was easy. Great questions were asked during the process, which gives me confidence that I have filed properly and paid the least tax possible for my situation.

TurboTax software glitch

I have been a TurboTax user for over 20 years and have been very happy with the product. I am also very organized and am an early filer (usually in early Feb.). This year I completed my Federal return (1040-SR), and State return, and submitted them using TurboTax on Feb. 12. Unfortunately my State return was rejected due to a TurboTax software glitch, requiring me to update the program and re-file.

i think turbo tax is very good product. i've used it for a number of years and have had great luck. last year thanks to turbo tax and covid my refund was over $ 9200.00. thanks Turbo Tax will be using you next year. UJ
