You changed the setup where each file defaults to the product purchaser. Go back to how it was previously and just let me enter the name of the person(s) I am creating a file for. I have 5 e-files available and any mail ins. The way it's set up now, each filing defaults to my name and then somewhere along the way, I have to go in and edit the personal information so that it is reflecting accurately.
Second, why do you need a retirement date? Person in question retired in 2007. We are dealing with 2020. Why is this needed? Results in having to go back and dig through old records, delaying the process.

Turbo Tax is great but W2-C error in 2020 format

Received an erroneous message about my W-2 form. System indicated that I would be receiving a W2-C form from my employer; however, my social security deduction was accurate at 6.2% of my social security wages. Created confustion and concern until I conducted my research and found it was an error in you program - time consuming and a waste of my time. Otherwise, a great program.
