Supposed to have free state tax return. Was charged anyway. It still populates a state I haven't lived in for 4 years!. Also only refunded a portiion of state return. Even though set date to pay owed federal tax amount. Not to pleased with this

It was a good experience. The only complaint I have is that it is frustrating to pay extra money to file in multiple states for both the download and e-filing process.

Still could use some improvement

Even though it showed that everything was fine and nothing needed to be done, I found that even though I had indicated that the refund should apply to next years estimated taxes (and the return showed that) the quarterly payment "coupons" that printed out did not show that. They showed equal payments for all four quarters. I kept digging into what it would take for the correct amounts to be shown and finally found one of the worksheets that had not correctly transferred the information.

have used turbo tax for over 10 years, absolutely great. Did my girlfriends this year she had been paying a firm $240. she has the simplest return I've ever seen.
