Turbo Tax was alittle rough this year.

Returns rejected several times due to Turbo Tax software problems. Very tedious and bothersome.

Turbo Tax is Wonderful!

I have used Turbo Tax for the last few years, it is easy and the help button or by phone is incredible when needed. I found that if you need to enter a 1099 misc form, buy the Turbo Tax Deluxe CD to handle it. Dominic, on the help line was incredible, she was friendly, knowledgeable and patient to help me to resolve my issue when filing 2020 tax return. Download of Deluxe and access was great, Thank ;you!

Complicated Question

Had a very complicated payback credit issue. Preparer was on the phone for almost 2 hours with me researching and then emailed me the exact directions I needed to Finish my returns. Awesome Job.

I have been using Turbotax for several years and had no issues. The step by step instructions makes it easy to follow the process of filing your own return. The real benefit is that you understand the tax code and process about your personal finances.
